It could also be looked at that the coaching staff have a more intimate knowledge of the needs and wants of the team so therefore, until proven otherwise, putting faith in the coaching staff and their decisions is the logical thing to do.

      Well argued.

He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Dad did that to me once. He came back 10 minutes later to get me.

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Bradshaws scoring accuracy is around the 67% mark, while Mickey O hovered around 64%

Ironically they have very similar statistics, they are both around the 500 goal mark, with Bradshaw kicking 496 compared to Micks 521. However Bradshaw has acheived that in only 222 games, Mick played 303.

Somehow Annie, I am not surprised he did that.

Considering that before trade week I saw the names - Kane Tennace, Mitch Thorp and Tim Boyle bandied about on RWO as people we should trade for , I feel that your theory probably has some legs.

                    Not just you johnno.

I also noticed Goodes' accuracy this season was greatly improved. I clearly remember fist pump celebrations from Goodes on shots from just inside 50 when the ball was no more than 15 metres off his boot on multiple occasions. Every time the ball travelled like a tracer bullet straight over the goal umpires hat.

In years gone by I would not have thrown him the ball to kick a clutch goal, but by the end of the season I'd have been more than happy.

That could possibly be due to a more attacking game plan and a better midfield, especially in their hat-trick of premiership years.

Normally, I wouldn't trust the Man, man, but Roos, Ireland, Longmire are just about the best in the business. They've clocked up a lot of Shaws and Boltons and not many Chambers over the years. That's how you tell - their track record.

Having those guys running Sydney is one of the joys of following the team. I feel sorry for Richmond and Freo fans who get dudded by their clubs.

I still heavily doubt it. The story didn't even quote anyone from Melbourne, makes me think that they were just after a story!

                                Story here

Sources say although Bradshaw is likely to slip through to Sydney, the Demons may decide to make a late play for Bradshaw in the days leading up to the draft if other options fall over.
