    Reserves V. Queanbeyan

Does anyone know how we went today?
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Thanks Scott and ugg, looks like a good win, and tougher than last week.

Pyke got mentioned in dispatches by Roosy earlier in the week, almost the first media spotting since last year. He must be doing a few things right.

Smith leads the way as reserves notch second win - Official AFL Website of the Sydney Swans Football Club

Interesting that they played Pyke at CHB, from the games I've witnessed they haven't handed that role to him, other than for a few minutes resting from his ruck duties.

"Gary Rohan kicked the first goal of the second half running 60 metres from just back of the wing and goaling from 50 metres."

                      How big is this ground?

Gotta add some kind of strings to the guy's bow, b/c with Currie getting fit and living up to expectations, and the way the 2 rucks in the firsts are going, how soon is he gunna get another game in the ruck barring catastrophic injury? I hope he enjoyed those ones in 2009. There are better percentages in working on becoming the next LRT.

I wonder how Lewis Johnston went - he's not among the goal kickers. And Ed.
