    Agree with you Stell.
While I actually am a Bevo fan, I think your right about Patty having more footy smarts then Bevo. Patty IMO, is much more instinctive then Bevo.

Smith for me. Proven at the level and plays well in the reserves every week.

I selected Gary Rohan on the basis that he needs a game in the seniors to understand the level that is required of him. I believe that his hard tackling may be a bonus this week... I would not be disappointed if Bevo, Smithy or Vesper were the replacement. IMO Ed and Ted would replace a tall ....? TDL whilst being talked up in the pre season has been injured and need to kick a few goals in Canberra prior to my tick of approval

Hopefully it's between Smith, Ves and Rohan...IMO Smith deserves a call up. Played great footy at the end of 09 and seems to be in good form in the 2's....
But I fear Bevo, and his poor decision making, will get the nod...hopefully not!

                Who deserves to come in?

We have plenty of good substitutes that can come in. That is our strength this year. What would really dampen the morale of all the players busting their gut to get into the seniors would be if something other than form was used as a selection criteria. Already O' Dwyer is not even on the list yet his form has been great. Make the players earn their spot in the seniors and you will have a very healthy vibe around the club. So the choice is easy! It's Smith. his form has been exceptional,he is experienced, capable and deserving of a place.

Judging by the poll results its time for Ed Barlow to head off to the gold coast. Gary Rohan for me, we dont want him becoming another Jack Watts, Its time to see if he can cut it.

I think you are referring to Smith but are being deliberately ambiguous so that if Vespa or Smith comes in you can say that is who you meant?

I'm in a fantasy comp and I've got a trade offer to receive either Vez or Rohan. Who do I take? Who is going to get the start? Who will play more games this year?

Vez & Rohan would be exciting in terms of how good the future really is. However I suspect that Smith or Bevo will get the nod. Smith is considered very classy and Bevo is tough and hard at it. And he can kick goals!!!

Geez our depth is amazing this year!!! It's going to be either Rohan, Vez or Smith. I'd like to see Rohan cause he showed a lot in the preseason, I'd like to see Smith cause i just thought he was brilliant last year and very unlucky to lose his spot in the side this year, but i give the nod to Vespa. He was great prior to getting injured last year and its been a while since we've seen him in the seniors. Really feel for Ted and Bevo, unless we get a whole bunch of injuries, i cant see either of them in the 1st's for a while, especially Super Ted.

I would love it to be Rohan, to see how he goes. In the NAB Cup games his defensive work seemed to be one of the features of his play, so he would be as good as Bevan and with more potential flair. However, I agree that outstanding form in the reserves should be rewarded so it should be Smith. Rohan's day will come and maybe it wouldn't hurt Vesz to have a couple more games in the ressies.

Looking at Roos' comments the other day maybe it's not "either/or" with Smith & Rohan - maybe both will make an appearance. Can't help you with who else goes out tho.

Give Rohan the nod. I also rekon maybe give Playfair a run for Jesse White, so he can get a bit of form in the seconds.
