I will. Definately staying in town. I still have memories of my brother-in-laws 60th in June at the Lowenbrau and getting home that night by public transport! After 4 jugs and numerous schnapps!
In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.

We've gotta decide where the kick on is.
        I'll certainly wanna kick on.

        Check in is at 2pm.
        Kick in at 2.05pm.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Good grief Wardy, just how many schnapps did you swallow!!!! However, I am going to investigate staying over......Mumsy wants all youse to behave yourselves, and don't frighten the kiddies. You are after all nearly twice their age......mean but accurate.

A couple of years ago I was given the seriously evil eye by Jesse's date - I flatter myself to think she was jealous......plain silly is more like.

She swallowed the first 2 and then gulped then next 8 !

Youth will never beat experience. Like a good red, you get better as you get older, and you learn it's not about you!!

Sorry Primmy, as I am at your table I will behave UNTIL I have your permission to " find my thrill on blueberry hill........."

I haven't had one of these wild nights for quite some time. So what was the function again?

It is finishing by 9:30 pm, I don't know how I will stay up till then!

Ha - I actually did say last night (after informing my partner that I'd made Very Important Plans for us) "... and where does one rent a red tux?" The idea wasn't received very seriously. I fear I'll be in a more sedate outfit this time around.

Are there opportunities to get up and move around? Meet up with RWOers? Harass - err, meet players? How much earlier should I get there? Never been to one of these before!

The function usually wraps up about 11pm and you have about a 1 hour free for all to harass whoever you like. There are also pre dinner drinks served before everyone goes in which starts at 6.30ish. There are also breaks during the evening to mingle as well. I'm leaving work early to get the lubrication started so I hope we can have a RWO pre dinner function to kick things off.

Surely there's a bar at the Westin.
If not ... how about the Marble Bar. Short stroll back to Martin Place.
