30,000 people turned up to Colliwobble training.

    Wow.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

I haven't watched a second of football since we were knocked out.

Can't get the energy to care either way.

You should make the effort to watch the first half of the Cats-Pies game. It was perhaps the best quarter of footy you could ever see. The Pies made the Cats looks like wooden spooners.

In fact the only team with a chance of stopping them is the AFl's own handbrake - the Saints.

It might be pathetic but I'm almost glad we aren't in the Grand Final against the Pies. If they replicated their weekend effort, they could outdo the Cats' score against Port in a GF. And that would be shattering for years to come.

Two Collingwood Supporters at High School were taking an important final exam. If they failed, they wouldn't be allowed to go to the Grand Final. The exam was fill-in-the-blank. The last question read, "Old MacDonald had a _________."

Bubba was stumped. He had no idea of the answer. He knew he needed to get this one right to be sure he passed. Making sure the teacher wasn't watching, he tapped Tony on the shoulder. "Pssst. Tony. What's the answer to the last question?"

Tony laughed. He looked around to make sure the professor hadn't noticed then he turned to Bubba. "Bubba, you're so stupid. Everyone knows Old MacDonald had a farm."

"Oh yeah," said Bubba. "I remember now." He picked up his No. 2 pencil and started to write the answer in the blank. He stopped. Reaching to tap Tony's shoulder again, he whispered, "Tony, how do you spell farm?"

"You are really dumb, Bubba. That's so easy. Farm is spelled E-I-E-I-O."

sadly that was us in 2006!!! - still I so hope that they get flogged by the saints on Saturday - that way the non Collingwood folk of melbourne will not have to endure the Pies army and General Eddie banging on and on about how bloody good they are.!
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

go Saints, go Saints, go Saints; I will even cheer Nic. And Seany of course. And Schneids.

I will even send good thoughts to Lyon if they win. Just as long as Collingwood don't. Can't tell you exactly why I loathe them, I don't like loathing anything at all, but they make me growl and nash my teeth; if I had a cats tail it would be swishing.

If, however, you had a rat's tail, you would probably have a different view...

I watched the game with my Collingwood supporting neighbour. He was providing the beer so I was very "intellectual" in my barracking. I thought the game was won after the Davis gaol.
In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.
