    Very happy with the draw.

LOVE having 1 Friday night game at the SCG! Brilliant atmosphere and guaranteed bumper crowd. Hope we promote this like nothing else!

Only downside is 1 Saturday afternoon game in Sydney. Interesting considering the crowds for those matches seem pretty good.

    Bring on 2011!

Draw is sensational. Really, couldn't of asked for better. If the Swans don't go top 4 in 2011, they'll never do it with this playing group.

Bloody wonderful. Not only do we have to get across town during peak hour but we all have to do it bringing presents for you - and you somehow have to get them all home at the end of the game. It's a looming disaster.

"It's a looming disaster. " Definately not, they are the best games. I discovered the Swans at a Friday night game back in 96 and never looked back. The atmosphere and the game got me hooked.
As far as transport, it is so much better than the white elephant at Homebush. Catch the train, wander up, stop at the Shakespeare Hotel on Devonshire st for a beer, before and after the game. Have a meal at any one of the wonderful Middle Eastern or Indian restaurants on Cleveland St, once again either beforer or after. Then jump on a train home. It does make for a great night out.

With this free to air tv part, did I not watch all the games on either 7 or 10 this year (I am based in NSW)? Or are they talking about non NSW ?

LRT. Lord Roberts-Thompson. He may look like the Munster, but looks can be deceiving.

No, referring to Melbourne viewers. In Sydney we get all Swannies games on free to air.

One year we will beat them there again. I'll be damned if I won't be there to see it happen.

at least we're not playing Geelong at ANZ... I'd be happier if they scheduled ANZ games against well-supported mid range teams rather than top 4 teams such as the pies and saints. Surely crowds out there will drop off if we keep getting flogged. And we have a much better chance against the really good teams at the SCG.

This is true. At least we get Essendon at ANZ as well. I'd say they're mid-range at the moment.

Official prediction: Sydney will next beat Collingwood Round 11 2036. (Am I being unrealistically optimistic?)
