      Sorry for late reply Ugg. If you go to my Real Commando Youtube channel you'll see them in there. Effectively a hamstring exercise with a band around your chest.

                  Those clock things are scary and I'm keen to hear from Real Commando how the kinky nordics work? It looks very relaxed.
                  What's really bugging me is what were you trying to say...E...C...U?
                  How lucky are we? I have friends emailing me daily in envy of the great insight the swans are giving into players, training etc.

                    The clock rays are a MEGA core strengthener. Even though they look easy just ask the lads what they think of them...it's not favourable!!

                    The Kinkys are a great way to work the Hamstrings without overloading them. Believe me, these are FAR from relaxed!! The band allows a more full RoM, which is so important to the guys.

                    ECU? Not sure when I said that, sorry.

                    I hope you enjoy the insights. You are more than welcome to come and have a go yourself...although it wont be in their gym...just with me outside;-)
