There seems a chance he might get back to play for us. I hope he can and think if he does it is a bonus.
Keep takeing baby steps as they say in your recovery Bradshaw and we will welcome you back.
Miss your great style of play you have brought to the Swans.
        Love those Swans

As for it being Bradshaw's first game for 3 months, well, that proves why he should not have been selected for that game. He's just not that critical to our chances.
I went to the bulldogs game and he was probably the best avenue to goal we had, he was definitely worth putting in the side it was a shame that he wasn't able to put them through straightly but if you can bear watching the replay i think you will see him dominate. I agree that him limping around the rest of his life is not a good option but i am sure that's a risk most footy players have to consider seeing as they push their bodies to the limit for the 16 years he has played. I think him the irishman and LRT and malcheski are probably 4 of our top 18 and i hope to see them all back as soon as possible.

I think we'll become a very good side, and genuine contenders, without Bradshaw. We have to.

If Bradshaw would return, it would probably be at the expense of Jesse.

If Jesse isn't in the team, then there's no one to relieve for the Mummy.

Could Seaby or Pike be the greatest beneficiaries of Bradshaw's return?

Not sure about that. Me thinks that new sub rule really helps a player like White, who can play a utility role as a forward and ruckman. Does Seaby or Pike have similar flexibility?

                  Pyke. With a Y.

Last I heard Pyke was being groomed as some extra tall timber in defence when not rucking, and Seaby is a capable forward. White's advantage over Seaby in the forward line is his ground work, which was on display for all to see at Subiaco.

Oh hear we go again, the optimism with braddy playing again. I really hope he can but he is gone IMO, after 6 months in the off season his knee could not handle the training load, how is it going to handle training again when they amp it up from light running and then match practice??? I have said earlier in the thread he would be great to have back in, but we dont need him.

                      Something smells fishy.

I expect this will certainly be Bradshaw's last year. That means with Bolton and Bradshaw retired this year there are 2 juicy spots available to established players from other clubs. I wonder who they are already targeting. Pity we couldn't fast forward to the end of next year when free agency kicks in.

Ive got a sneaking suspicion that you can add Kennelly and LRT to the retirement list at the end of this season, maybe even earlier in Kennellys case.

only if his injury is career ending. If it can heal sometime this year/2012 off season he will go around again.

He's missing from The Age's injury list altogether, which I presume is an oversight rather than any sort of indication...
