No deafening silence, just been mentioned on different threads already. He was stripped and ready to go as the fresh emergency on the weekend, so for all intents and purposes should be good to go for this week if selected (and if he doesn't hurt himself at training when on the verge of selection for at least the 3rd time this year)

By my count I'm heading for a milestone myself. Out of 4000+ posts I'm heading for my 100th intelligent one. Wonder what I get for that.

(quite clearly this one doesn't qualify to the total)
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

Triplly Diplly Doo has a minor problem where he thinks "meat" and it comes out as "emergency".
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

No idea what you get for that, nobody's ever reached that mark!

I have a problem with one ruckman or having a back up that isn't a ruckman. Mummy got injured because of overwork & in games I have seen him fatigued to the max. When he is in the side there seems to be a perception from the coaching staff he can ruck for 80 to 90% of the game. No player can do this without repercussions & all sides who are using a make-shift ruckman are over-taxing their big men & eventually it will mean injury & shorter careers for these guys. Mummy has already experienced injury from being superbly fit earlier in the season.

I am also concerned with all the foot, calf & hamstring injuries coming from training. There must be something wrong with the training regime to have this happening. My brother is a Weights & Fitness trainer & was one of the fitness guys at Norwood footy club & he told me that the main reason for injuries at training is over-extension. This would take into account the calf & hammy injuries but the foot? Two now at training! Are they slipping on the drains at the side of the ground going down the race? Are the kicking medicine balls (on stupid coach I had thought this a good idea to strengthen the foot, what an idiot)?

The one ruckman idea which our coaches still use will never work. It's a high risk strategy and what you might win at times ,you lose as soon as the ruckman is rested or gets injured. At the end of the season you may in fact lose your back up ruckman also.I like the way Essendon uses 3 ruckmen and when it works they can beat anybody.I really can't understand the policy of flogging Mummy to death when you have Seaby who deserves to be in the top 22.

More of the same this weekend.Kenelly who has managed to make a major contribution to us losing the Collingwood and Fremantle game for us is back in along with "Lambert " White . TDL will probably not play and the backline will have one too many talls.

Any chance of getting Malthouse next year? We need to select a team that can win.

I just posted on another thread thatshould go for Scotty Watters, 2 Premierships with Subiaco in 3 years & Assistant to Mick (the First Assistant). Mick apparently is holding to his bargain for at least one season. If Watters came Mark Neeld would too & he has transformed the Backs & Mids at the Pies, neither of these guys will be under Buckley next year & therefore taking all the experience from the coaching staff in one blow.

Wasn't that Watters that re-signed. Someone close to Malthouse is staying because the media were speculating that if Malthouse had coached elsewhere this bloke would have gone with him.

I remember when everyone compalined that we had a short backline. Since when did it grow up?
