    For next week
    OUT: Kennelly, Meredith, Jetta, LRT
    IN: Rohan, Gordon, TDL/Lamb,White/Pyke

Kennelly is @@@@, Rohan is quicker has better skills and isn't @@@@
Meredith kicked a good goal and that was about it, too soft didn't shepherd or lay a tackle that I saw
Jetta.... TDL or Lamb offer more. I have too read a full reserves report to see if Lamb played a bit further up the ground, he could start on the wing and then push forward or vice versa
At least with White at his worst is the same as LRT at his but White's best is a hell of a lot better (both as a ruckmen and a forward).

LRT is not a ruckman 2 HO today
LRT is not a FF 1 behind today
Play Seaby at FF and give him a run in ruck as 2nd ruckman. Could NOT be worse.
The season has been too long for Jude and was too long for Tadgh before it started.
We have been totally outcoached all year. Horse might be a nice bloke but I reckon Craig could do a better job. Would prefer Malthouse or even Mark Williams.
St. Kilda and Geelong to come. Might not be pretty.

Wow - I was thinking Malthouse too. We should try and get hime to commit to 2013 and then Horse will really come through with the goods in 2011 and it will be great to be in a position to tell Malthouse he isn't required.

I thought Bird was ok though.

Wish I had gone to the Quangers to eatch the reserves.

Boy it's going to be fun when the other half gets home and finds the tigers have won.

Especially since TDL gets dropped for being soft.
            Jetta is way worse.

We need a forward thinking coach.

How many possessions did Goodes have in the middle? It's not rocket science to at least vaguely use your resources well.

We were soft and butchered the ball time and time again. No semblance of a game plan other than banging it long which failed miserably.

Was particularly noticeable that none of our tackles were sticking and we were playing one of the youngest (and hence slighter) teams in the AFL.

Give the players with a long term future at the club a game for the rest of the year.

Next week and the following one loom as whitewashes.

I'm always loath to blame the coaching staff, but there is something sadly wrong with the whole scenario.

Today, players like King played their hearts out and we just look flummoxed most of the time.

It's not like we don't have talented personnel, but there just hasn't been a proper structure in place all season. And this "bomb it long" tactic is woeful. Nine times of ten it goes to an opposition player.

                  Awful game, just awful.

When you have Bolton, Jack, Bird, Hannebery, O'Keefe and Kennedy in the midfield - yet get DESTROYED by RICHMOND (FFS!) then clearly the coach is failing to get anywhere near the best out of his players.

We had no heart all game.
I think we were still hurting from Essendon.
But at this end of the season that is no excuse.

That was horribly disappointing. Losing another game at the 'G where we seem just incapable of putting together a good game. Not blaming Horse much today. Just a lack of want and drive out there from the players. Not to mention our continual lack of skills (something that Horse can be blamed for in a more overall sense).

Many of these seniors are lucky the 2's have been injury riddled for much of the year. Rohan, LJ, Lamb, Heath, Pyke, TDL, Gordon must be getting close to being up based on some of the @@@@ we saw out there today. Jetta, Kennelly, LRT are all walking fine lines atm. LRT just isn't giving enough forward and in the ruck as the 2nd man. If Pyke was fit, I'd have him in there in a heart beat.

Longmire has no game plan, so I agree. If he can't get them up for a game against a team who've lost 10 of 11 when the season is on the line, then we have no hope. We've had no answers when challenged this year. No forward structure and no plan when kicking out from fullback. Rhys Shaw just bombs it to a contest every time.

On another note, Kennelly has had a wonderful career, but he's finished. Lost his speed and his disposal has been awful.

Well the signs were there for a while.

Our season is as good as gone.

We have blooded some real talent this year, but the senior players have not been capable of playing at a level that allows us to hold a place in the eight.

I have concerns about Jetta. I think he may not make it. I have a feeling that McGlynn may not get any better and Kennelly and ROK have a year left.

Thoughts turning with optimism to next year and more list development.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

Ah, the bittersweet irony of stealing 9th place from Richmond.

At least their long-suffering fans have something to celebrate this evening!
