Spangus got his very own chant at the Alexandria.
What a hero.
We love Spangaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, Spangaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, Spangaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, Spangaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, Spangaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.Comment

he is a cult player now.............he has been crashing packs and making it so much easier for Reid and White
luving his intensity and has certainly given our forward line a tougher and more resilient bunch now"be tough, only when it gets tough"

I don't think he was too unhappy about it.Comment

Spranger's effect on the team is simply incredible. In fact, I doubt any one player has changed the dynamic of a side as much in recent memory.
His lead up forward role:
- Finally gives us a target across half forward.
- stretches defences with 3 talls plus goodes.
- Allows Goodes to play midfield and still have someone to kick it to.
- Free's up LRT to play down back.
An absolute blessing he is.Comment

The swagger, the hair, the effortless look about what he does (when it no doubt requires a fair bit of effort and talent)!
So far, the only thing missing is the occasional 'Daaaaaallllle' moments! That chant/lament at some times seemed as frequent in the O'Reilly Stand as the 'one Tony Lockett' chant which used to ring out around the SCG!
Hopefully those moments stay out of Spangs game!Comment

Interesting article here about Spangher, which touches on his medical issues (could the strut be to blame?) and his transformation from defender to forward, and sees him waxing about Goodes and Reid.

It wasn't there when I looked at 7am Primmy. Coming from Wet Toast maybe we don't want to know about his "medical" problems? Was it something a good pharmacist could fix? Hopefully, it wasn't septum affecting, like others on the team?Comment
