Gee whiz Jesse gets a hard time here. He did more than enough for me. I was disappointed with the dropped mark on the wing in the fourth quarter but apart from that he competed really well and as well as pyke could have. And I like pyke a lot.

I remarked in the bar at half time that it was almost his best half of footy. Yeh, he does have to hold those marks, but then again Goodes has the obligatory dropped chest mark for no reason every week.

Lewis doesn't have more hitouts than Jesse, he does have more goals but from memory 2/3 of those came from 3 games against teams that didn't make the final 8.
