As for Everitt he played 11 games for us and lets not forget he was the difference in our round 3 match against west coast - so while the jury might still be out on him he is far from being a list clogger.
Maybe harsh on Brennan, but we had seen him briefly at the Hawks and I was never sure why we bothered.

Everitt, to me, is the definition of a list clogger. He's a bits and pieces player, yes it's early days but we'll be lucky if he ends up as useful as Saddington.

On another note, I'd like to see Setanta at GWS, I think it would be entertaining. Just saying.

You might be right on Everitt but time will tell

Has it even been confirmed we are after him, because i highly doubt that we would be. Probably the old management trick of saying Sydney are interested in a player to bump there price up ( or in this case i suppose to make him seem like a player worth picking up in the draft ).

Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

Im sorry to see him going but hope someone picks him up.

For the record until recently he never got to settle in any position and was used at both ends of the ground.

Everytime he started to come good he got injured, not always his fault (fevola nearly killing him in a marking contest that fev had no right in being in)
He had problems with blood clots in his legs but that seems to be sorted now.
                His training ethic is excellent.
                He doesnt drink.
And those that think he is a thug what is that based on? One incident when he kicked cloke up the arse, christ he should have been given a medal for that.

Whats the worst thing that could happen, it doesnt work, how many rookies really make it or late draft picks for that matter? Best thing, he gets a good run with injuries and plays well.

That all sounds fine...but I still don't want another just ok forward on the list, we have abundance of those already.

That's what it all comes down to, we don't need him. A bad trade doesn't necessarily always mean trading in a bad player, just a surplus.

Yeah you have to feel for the Blues supporters in that instance, it took them a decade to get over the "style" of Earl Spalding - you never knew what you going to get on any given day with Earl - He could kick a bag and play like a magician on one day - play like a drunk old dero the next - but without the O'hailpin tantrum throwing agro. I'm not sure if Setanta would be a good fit.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

I never knew what Leo was going to do either so can't refer to that argument. However, I also can't see where we need him. Lots a passion about not much I would think.

Quite like the kid, has real passion for the game. Just don't see what he brings to our squad - hope he gets the chance somewhere tho.

That doesn't mean we should recruit him.

No, it doesn't, necessarily. It DOES mean he'd be an improvement on White though.

Please dont saddle us with a weird thing on top of a capital O, an inappropriately placed small h preceding a capital A in the same word, and yet another weird thingummy on top of the final i .
