Richmond supporters have been the laughing stock of the AFL for years now because of the way they carry on, lately this site is just as bad if not worse.

Trust you to come up with that.

Eighteen pages, 213 posts, and the ROUND TWO game doesn't start until tomorrow afternoon. We are truly bogans.

Great to see three of our best 22 back. I'm surprised we didn't name Seaby though considering who we're up against. I hope Mummy doesn't get run down this season having such a heavy workload like he did last year.

O'keefe and Shaw fit enough? Well, they won't get much match fitness running laps of Lakeside. They are professional footballers with years of experience, I'm pretty sure if they weren't up to it, they'd say so. All this panic at rd 2, what's it all about Alfie? I reckon we don't hang anyone til after the season, lets see how much we improve on last year before jumping ship. Other teams may have looked impressive so far, but you can bet yr bottom dollar that if we had been playing another team, our intensity would have been way up, does anyone want to peak at round 2? If so, yr an idiot

You can't stop people being negative or expressing negative opinions.

However, I can't help but ponder if those of us who are so heavily focused on negativety, do they really enjoy their football? It wouldn't surprise me if there were some Swans fans who at about 5.30m on 24th September 2005 were preoccupying their thoughts as follows:

"Gee I am really concerned and anxious about next season in 2006. I notice that Mick O has major goal kicking problems, and Nick Davis is not as much an impact player as he showed 2 weeks ago at the SCG"

This site has more panic merchants than passengers on the hindenburg. We haven't fired a shot in anger in the season and already the negative idiocy has started. You can have the site all to yourselves. I try to have a bit of fun on here but some of you lot just make it too hard.

You're both right. I don't find it any where near as much fun on here as it used to be. That's probably why many long term posters are no longer posting.

Yeah I get what you are saying. People have a lot wrapped up in their team, some people winning this week is everything, some getting excited about their future.

I think the negativity is because this is an un inspiring team I have been excited about seeing us every week until now, and heve become indifferent. If I was not a Swans supporter I would look at this side as a group of 30 YO has beens. Will beat bottom sides, will win their fair share of games against middle ranked sides by being consistent. Not enough quality to beat the top sides.

As I say just uninspiring. Even if ZWhite was playing ahead of LRT you can at least hope he will improve. I would be more excited to watch our Ressies tomorrow than our senior team

It's a long season and hopefully things will change

You should not plan to be mediocre. At the moment we are and that is pretty boring
You don't ban those who supported your opponent, you make them wallow in their loserdom by covering your victory! You sit them in the front row. You give them a hat! Toby Ziegler

Well, I'm excited about going to our first home game tomorrow. I love footy at the SCG and screaming in support of my team. No negativity here.

Unfortunately, I may miss the game(on TV). I have something else I need to take care of tmrw arvo. Very disappointed.

Can you record it for viewing later, Scott? Not as good as watching it live but better than nothing.

Nope. I'll watch it on AFL.com on Sunday if I get a chance.
