        Hafltime. Swans by 18.
Parker has had a ton of ball - 20 possessions. Jetta and McGlynn both on fire up forward, Everitt getting a lot of it, White throwing his weight.
Shaw doing great shutdown job on Harvey.

Good half although North had the edge in that quarter. If we stay awake in the third we should win.

3 goal lead at half time, no 3rd quarter fade out please. Parker, Jetta outstanding, Everitt, White doing a job, haven't really sighted Armstrong yet. We just need to keep up the pressure

Its a tough game in wet conditions.
Swans showing plenty and a good lead at half time.

The loss of Rohan may show up in the 2 nd half as Norf have the extra rotation in very exhausting conditions.

No word yet on Rohan. Off to hospital to have the leg / ankle treated.
Thoughts with his family and friends as he is a real fighter and we hope he makes a speedy recovery.

Pretty good first half from the Swans. Will be interesting to see how we go as the game goes on - being 1 man down.

Great half from Parker, Mattner, McVeigh and Jetta - he has really stepped up this year!

Seaby holding his own in the ruck - O'Keefe and Reid very quiet but the conditions probably dont suit.

EDIT: forgot White - I thought he has been handy and pretty competitive.

Jack is having a very good game.

North seemed to have it more in their forward line that quarter. We need to turn that around. They appeared to be better at the centre clearances that quarter.

Some really good stuff in that first half..... we are working hard but being one down on the rotations may hurt us late. There is something about this team... when we learn to play 4 quarters of footy together like that 1st quarter we will not be far away at all. Come on.swans we need a big second half!

Kennedy, Parker and Jude winning the clearances and giving the runners repeated chances.

Its being played as a wet weather game so we need to just keep it moving forward and no blazing away as Norf are playing at least 1 back off the pack with the heavier ball.

Bit tough on Armstrong having to come on so early. Lets hope he can make his presence felt in the 2nd half.

I know nothing will Come of it, but the attack on the ball by the north fella which broke rohans ankle was every bit as bad as goodes last week and probably worse. That sort of challenge would get a red card in a soccer game - basically he attacked with the studs. The point being that if the approach is to emphasise duty of care then you simply can't lead with the boots.

Anyway they are playing well and just need to keep attacking.

Rohan: compact fracture of the tibia, Nathan Gibbs told Kirk. If that's the case, end of season.

                              ANdrejs' turn. What a bomb.

                              Swans by five goals.

Great team goal. Seaby thumped it down in a marking contest, went straight to Jack who kicks to top of square. ROK snaps.
