Pike good but we need a back up plan, and RLT has a lot of time on the clock, and the back line need him too.
Tippet needs to be a key forward and when we need it, a pinch ruckman!
I feel bad suggesting this but...
Maybe, just maybe, there is a concern that Mummy will want to head south after his contract expires??

Sad to see anyone do an ACL ... but I wonder if GWS have any regrets in not going harder for Kurt in light of Patton's ACL today?

I suspect not, & you can't predict injuries, but Tippett would be handy for the Giants come round 12

Tip-off still mowing the lawn at the SCG?
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

How many other teams will be able to rush an experienced, fit, uninjured player into their team midway thru the season??

I've booked to go to Adelaide for the match against Port Adelaide on 22 June which will be the first match that Tippett is eligible to play. Assuming the Swans start him in the seniors I hope a lot of other Swans' fans make it to this match to give the team and Tippett in particular lots of support. I suspect some Crows' "fans" will go, even though it is a Port Adelaide match, just to vent on Tippett.

I hope Tippett is named and White is the emergency. You can see where I'm going with this...

Port could do with the money and the Crows flock deserve to be fleeced.
What a bizarre game it promises to be. Anyone ever seen a game where the same crowd booed both sides?

At least Demon fans got to celebrate some goals, not many mind! If the Adelaide mob show up for this game, will they be hoping for a nil all draw?

To be honest, I'm not sure too many Crows fans would go. Given that when its a Port home game Showdown, there is a comparatively poor attendance (fewer Crows fans attend - they have to pay & they seem to resent putting $ into Power coffers ... even to watch their own team play).
To pay just to watch Tippett play seems even less likely (though, they'll also likely get to watch Matner & Armstrong if they want to cheer/boo former Crows)

Ummmm ... any Richmond game after they have lost their obligatory 3+ games in a mid-season slump to end any chance of making the finals ... Tigers supporters will boo the opposition & eat their own
