I ordered the Bluray from DVDland. After enquiring , they conceded that they may not get it in, so I downgraded my request to DVD. They are only prepared to offer me DVDland credit for the difference. I paid by paypal. Does anyone know how I can get the difference back , or which state law pertains-my state-WA or DVDland-QLD or Federal?

I just bought at JB, hardly ever buy DVDs so if I pay a premium price infrequently, I don't mind. Thanks for the suggestion though
