Whilst I said earlier in the thread that I found the initial stuff all in good humour, I must admit that the focusing on the manifestation of his ailment appears to be increasingly more laughing at him than with him (if only because we don't know if he can laugh at it).
I'm sure it's not the intent, highlighting that is healthy to be able to show good humour towards your own ailment can be quite true- but I'm not quite as sure about showing good humour towards someone else's ailment?
