really dont want to give them a sniff here. that is only 6 goals down so they are actually in this. we need to get the ball and kill the game for five minutes here

this is really starting to look worrying. we are simply overconfident now. we need to have players take possession - goodes, parker both kicking or punching the ball forward rather than taking the ball and tackle. just got to get two goals this quarter i reckon.

I'd say North scored at least 9 really, really soft goals directly from poor efforts by the Swans. We can tighten that up. 3 games in a row with, way, way too many scores against.

If we play like we did for the 1st, 2nd and 4th quarter against the Cats next week we're going to have more goals kicked against us than we did today. Now if only we can play a bit more like the 3rd quarter more often.

Dear god this place is depressing.

I'm saying with how we played in the other quarters if it was against the Cats even the 11 goal quarter wouldn't have saved our backsides.

The Third Quarter was pure brilliance, the other quarters only glimpses (more error-riddled).

The good sides find a way to win. But I expect North's fade out will get discussed more this week than our scintillating quarter. Still a good win though.

Just quietly it might be worth throwing a few bucks on McVeigh for the Brownlow the way he's going. Eight or nine votes already by my count.
