Well absolute flog Brisbane in Jimmy's opinion.
LRT. Lord Roberts-Thompson. He may look like the Munster, but looks can be deceiving.

there are many questions re the team for brisvegas but i must say we have to be careful against Brisbane - underestimate them at our peril !

our game plan has been investigated inside out by every team in the comp - we need to adapt a little and a the moment we are under the pump and our counter attack (sling shot ) is not really firing nor is our dominance week in week out qtr in qtr out around the clearances/ruck

Out Armstrong Rampe and Everitt. In Shaw, White and Morton. Play White out of the square as a lead up forward on Merritt. Reid up the field as a lead up CHF.

Oh, and as long as we finally get a home game this Sunday where it isn't pouring with rain we can pick Stefan Carey for all I care!

                      Out: Everitt, Armstrong
                      In: Shaw, Morton

I really do like Armstrong but there is no room for him with both Shaw and Malceski. I'd put Morton back in because I can see a goalsneak of his calibre really tearing Brissie a new one.

Would there be any merit to giving Shaw the vest, having not played at any level for a few weeks? Bring him into the game mid-third quarter or something?

Shaw can play 3 qtrs of a game even with one leg !!

It's not his legs we're worried about

Brisbane are a mystery to me, I've not seen one of their games this year and doubt this afternoon's match will enlighten me any. Armstrong's fate depends on Shaw whose injury is troubling our medical staff as much as him. No reserves throws a spanner in the fringe rotation policy we seem to have going but Morton, Lamb, White and Walsh will need time in the seniors at some stage. Jetta did enough to ditch the vest.
