Agree Rampe and Everitt, who are also taller stronger players than Armstrong, have moved ahead in the pecking order for back half possies.
Getting more game time into Lamb is a must to build depth aproaching the finals lest we have a rash of injuries and there must be some doubt about whether Shaw will get back and what level of condition he can possibly get to having been out since R2. I think B Jack was given a run as sub rather than Lamb yet again just to give BJ a taste of senior footy but Lamb is the one who is clearly next in line for a mid/fwd spot if ressie performances are to be given credit. In fact Lamb may be the only ressie player other than Armstrong capable of seriously filling a senior void. Ressie watchers may care to comment on other possibilities.
Also think we need to expose Lambmore to really see what he is capable of in a few full senior games and to ensure we don't have our next most likely senior player leaving at years end for more game time at a lower ranked Melbourne club.
