He has really got into the players hub to get the right insight, and gives The Age a back hander in the process.

Anyway we are still keen to get a Twitter chat going.
I was thinking a lunch time for roughly an hour. A Wednesday or Thursday???

Not sure what peoples thoughts are, or the publishers, on a night time event.

If people can't make it they can send me qn's and I'll ask them as I'll be hosting it.

    Thoughts??
I'd potentially be interested, keep us posted!

My copy has arrived but, in an act of great discipline (or highlighting an anticipated overwhelming lack of inspiration come December), I suggested to the wife that she buy it for me and put it aside for Christmas.
Today's a draft of your epitaph

            Yes Doctor, carpe librum!
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Blast from the past is still going... I think today's was from 1944.

I ordered a copy of the book from the swans a week before it was released (they sent an email around about it).
It was signed by the author.
Now I just have to wait for him to die... then make a motza on ebay.

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Just started to read this book and have found an error!! On Sean Dempster's profile on page 60 it says he and Amon (is that the correct spelling?) Buchanan were traded to St Kilda. Oh dear, where has the art of 'proof reading' gone these days.
                Very enjoyable read so far.

I pointed this out to Blake in our chat. He wasn't aware of that one, but was aware of a couple of others.

The editorial process has become more and more abridged over time as publishers attempt to reign in costs, blue pencils are so expensive.
