That is not really a relevant comparison. Mcglynn, Shaw and Hannebery (compared to Mitchell) are seasoned AFL players, who have pretty much had varying game day injuries this season that have seen them be out injured, but which they have been able to recover from and return to the team.
Mitchell is a very young, inexperienced footballer, who is still trying to overcome a number of injuries he has had over the first couple of years at the club. If you can't see why the club is being very conservative about his return, then you are not looking very hard.
