If I say what I like about Matt80's thoughts it gets deleted.
Just remember what would have been said about a poster that had suggested Buddy Franklin in 2013 and to do that you would need to let go of Mumford, White, Armstrong, Everett and Lamb. They would have ridiculed with everything from salary cap to the no dick heads policy.

There is still a long way to go to secure either Ryder or Carlisle. At least I've put up players for trade to make the salary cap space.

This is a forum of creativity and strategy.

What Tippett and Buddy have shown us is that big things can happen and there is a huge amount of creativity in the list management department.

That brand provides a lot of support to junior AFL Football. What's wrong with acknowledging them. Football is a business of looking after our sponsors. We should all get behind them. It does not mean we need to switch our banking to NAB, but we should acknowledge them for being the naming rights sponsor of the draft.

My four year old will be corrected if he says Auskick when he starts next year. He will be required to say NAB Auskick!

I miss AJ. To think - his last game of AFL was the 2012 grand final, and what a ripping game he played. God he was good. Let's hope he's back.

Could strongly argue he was leading the Norm Smith at half time...his run and delivery by foot were absolutely first class! I don't think he even came close to losing a contest. Will be a huge addition to 2015 if he can get his knee right and have a decent crack at the pre-season.

Did Robbie Gray have LARS or traditional? For someone who has had a knee-reco his lateral movement is absolutely phenomenal...let's hope that Alex can recover similarly.

imagine if AJ didnt get injured............we may never have seen the emergence of Rampe nor have Rohan being moved into the backs !

He was fantastic in the grand final. Even if he never plays another AFL game (Heaven forbid), he can always say that he had the last kick in a winning grand final

The great thing is that he is still only 22 - so despite the setbacks he's had, we can still hopefully have the good part of a decade of enjoying watching AJ develop and fulfill his potential. People in Melbourne have forgotten just how good he was at such a young age - I can't wait till we see him back in our first 22 and the AFL media remember we have another fantastic defender in our ranks!

It?s about respect. Why should my son not acknowledge the source of the funding of his Auskick program? If there were no sponsors it would cost a whole lot more.

The Swans are a Brand. We give them money and time in exchange for entertainment. If people are going to push this anti-corporate thinking, then you should not support a professional football team. You can?t have it both ways.

And therefore you should always refer to the team as the QBE Sydney Swans.

Matt your posts, whilst mostly I roll my eyes when I see them and think most of your ideas are hair brained, for the most part are a highly enjoyable read and nine times out of ten I find myself having a good chuckle at your many weird and wonderful philosophies in spite of myself, but please stop forcing the corporate crap down our throats.
The corporate bit is your thoughts and from what I can see your thoughts alone, learn when to make a dignified exit from a discussion.

I'm waiting on the story that Andrew Ireland has met with Ryder's managment. It all started from me saying NAB Draft in an on topic discussion.

                                Apologies.
