    This.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Adam Goodes wore a number 23 guernsey at training today. I love that man.

Work were giving away two tickets today.. Aisle 128 ... the "good" seats. (I normally sit in Aisle 129 at ANZ.)
This whole section has been allocated to ANZ members.
          Hope they turn up.
Empty seats are going to look awful on TV.

I think Ludwig's comments sum up the year pretty well. Coming into the season after the debacle at the MCG last year wasn't ideal either.
That game left a bad taste. Being beaten that badly and then again mid season by the Hawks (at our home game) then West Coast was not something we are used to. Sure we'd lose games, but by 11 or 19 or something. Not fourteen goals. And this year we haven't consistently been
able to beat good teams. That always bothers me. Because that is who you play in the finals. Only the decent teams are left. The trade ban shows
the AFL for what it basically is, the VFL. The anti Sydney vitriol from down south is just fools making noise, but it was the appalling
treatment of a genuinely classy guy (Goodsey) that really reminds you of just how many poor excuses for humanity there are out there. Freedom of speech is not all it's cracked up to be sometimes. In the end the injury toll, some of the other teams getting better, and bad luck will likely all combine to make it hard for us to win the next three games. Really hope I'm wrong and Adam decides to go around again next year.

I'm not going but not because I don't want to but because I can't afford it. Went to Italian Forum to the Piazza to get tickets from Ciggy but they didn't turn up. Afterward I was told by a guy who was there for the same thing that they turned up at the entrance to the Italian Forum gave the tickets, only a few, to the people who were there and left for Newtown. If you say you will be giving tickets out in the Piazza you should give them out in the Piazza not on the street at the entrance to the complex. The piazza is 30 metres and a large set of stairs down from there. Very disappointed and annoyed as I walked there from Lilyfield. Lucky it was a lovely day or I would have been ropeable.

Smith in for Reid the only change.

Jack close, but they decided not to risk it.

                      Steady as she goes.

For once a sensible decision. I still think we have the cattle to beat Norf, and it gives KJ and Parker potentially an extra week to be right for a Prelim - they would both be big ins should it happen if we win this weekend.

I'm reasonably confident about Saturday night (my brother is a North fan, so we have to win!), but don't see either team beating West Coast next week (would love to be proven wrong, though)

Baring no more injuries, we could be near full strength for the prelim - minus reid and buddy
