Gee! I hope Sinclair is 100% fit, we will really need him against the WC talls.
A bunch of kids near where I was sitting at the game against GWS had taken to affectionately calling him "The Smear"

If Josh is indeed out with an Achilles injury then perhaps it's time to unleash Heeney on the ball and bring in Rose as his replacement up forward? We would love to have 2 or 3 of Isaac as he's most definitely needed forward but I'd love to see the coaches give him the opportunity to play a full game in the middle (with rests up forward) and see if he can now dominate games there like he did as a junior! Perhaps the time is right this week?

id say mills and hyena would rotate in the mid anyway on the SCG

If Josh doesn't make it then I think that they will bring in Jones and either rotate him or McVeigh through the mid-field.

As good as Josh is, we'll bring in Zak Jones and it won't make that much difference to our performance. We have plenty of contested ball winners to rotate through the midfield. It's one of the great strengths of the 2016 Swans that we are quite capable of covering the loss of a quality midfielder. That said, if he can play through a bit of achilles soreness it would be good He can rest next week.

Why is it always us that cops the injuries in the big games.

Sinclair last week, Kennedy this week...

I know it feels like that but we are actually in a better position than many other clubs at the moment on the Injury front. Plus we we about to get Rohan and Reid back as available too.

Remember west coast are without Lycett ( not an injury I know )

Zak Jones to come in and give away some stupid frees. That'll be fun.

Kennedy would be a huge loss. We haven't got anyone else even close to his skill-set at the stoppages.

I think if you want an influx of speed, youth and energy you'd love to have Rohan back?

Can someone list the career stats of Rohan ... injuries notwithstanding. We will sure need the good Sinclair to turn up this week. Not the rather casual version that turned up one week. I love our Josh but despite decent stats it does seem he is playing a different role this with more spread of ball getters. Great if that extends his career a bit.

Uggghh! So the unpleasant scenario is, a wet ground slog with our best midfield grunt out injured.

It's been pissing down in the Eastern Suburbs since mid morning. I'm off work today and had been hoping to go for a walk, but I've not left the house due to the conditions.
