The marks of class were there from the very beginning - looked so young though

I was disturbed by the prospect of debutantes playing for us and wondered if they might be the Swanettes in disguise. A bit like those blondes who play for us - what a letdown!
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

when he turned up for his first preseason looking like a bull already, it was clear he was a dedicated hard working kid. Sky's the limit now.

Congrats to Harry Marsh - looking forward to seeing how he copes in the senior team.
As usual, the Swans are rebuilding on the go; much like Geelong are doing. It's interesting how many rookie listed players and recycled players end up doing well at the Swans.

How many high draft picks have Melbourne and Carlton had in recent years. Last year Carlton had 3 No. 1 draft picks and Chris Judd yet got the wooden spoon.

This situation speaks volumes about the Swans system.
I feel more confident about beating North tonight than I did about last week against Whorethorn.

X had the worst debut I can remember on that account. Came on with about 5 mins left in a game that was dead and buried.
He ate more cheese, than time allowed

Yep got it wrong. But they normally do a piece on Wednesday night about a player and it is a good indication he will debut. Nothing this week even though he knew he was debuting on Wednesday. I know you are a very big wrap for Marsh. I'm not so certain. I hope he plays very well but he hasn't done anything preseason that tells me he is going to be a world beater. Glad to be proved wrong though. He looked very promising when he first arrived at the club. His first 5 or so games before he got injured were really very good. If he can reproduce that sort of form he will be very successful.
