There are three shows i record on tivo: ( i don't have foxtel )

Gameday. Fair for all teams. Favours the winners, so good after a win.

Footy classified. Very vic centric but good footy talk.

Talking footy. Completely ruined by vic centric baboon luke darcy but if im desperate. Carey is ok. Watson is an essendon apologist.

I like to watch Access All Areas on the AFL website, but the Swans have only been mentioned a couple of times all season. A couple of short positive comments about them being top 4 contenders, but far outweighed by extensive expert analysis of how Towers and Rohan stuffed up in the Richmond game and the Bulldogs game. The praise is almost begrudging, but they are very eager to sink in the boot excessively whenever the chance comes up. A real shame as otherwise I really enjoy that show (more so with Gary Lyon though, he seemed less biassed than Lloyd).

You should figure it out by now that Dangerfield is protected species.

Took me a while to work out what MDT means. Suddenly it clicked. Match day thread.

                  Well.
                  Wasn't that exciting.
                  So didn't expect that.

Where have they been hiding Naismith? I'd be happy for him to continue on... when Tipoff comes back, drop Callum back into the seconds.
McFantastic had a great game... when he's hot, he's hot, when he's not....
TOWERS. Honey, if you play like that every week, you're a chance for a premiership medal.
Allir... he can stay where he is. He's going to be a champion of this game one day.
My favourite was the defender defending the defenders. Absolute move of brilliance John Longmire.
The kids were fantastic. Hard to believe there are so many players with less than 30 games experience. Our future is safe and sound.
Now to the poos and wees....
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

I think we are going to have to accept that there are a lot of footy fans (and commentators are fans too) who no longer see the Swans as just another team. We have been up (relatively) for so long that it is understandable non-Swans fans would like to see us (along with the Cats and Dawks) fall/fail.

                      Boy from Nth West NSW

Having grown up in Nth West NSW I've been keen to see Naismith in action again after his largely forgettable debut against Richmond in the final round of 2014.

I'll be interested to hear what Gerard Healy has to say about his performance on 3AW today after claiming he was a long way from League footy standard a couple of weeks ago.

I was always of the view that Selwood scores a free whenever he is tackled. Thought it was quite amusing to see him angrily remonstrating with the umpire when he was found to be holding the ball courtesy of a McVeigh (?) tackle. He's so used to getting free kicks he simply couldn't believe it. Maybe he just didn't drop his shoulder low enough this time.
It's very hard to live in a studio apartment in San Jose with a man who's learning to play violin. That's what she told the police when she handed them the empty revolver.

Loved Teddy up forward. I mean, who would have thought he'd be playing in that position, especially the Geelong coaches let alone the players. Worked out well, for us I mean.
They had AA down back with Reg and Ramps, that's kind of formidable as it turns out. Safe as, future is assured.
I love Zac. He is so like his brother, but different. Learns and gets better week by week.
George is just there isn't he. Remarkably accurate in front of goal, call got mixed up as Towers too often, but he is always just there, doing something.
Rose looked a bit out of it this week.
Didn't you just love the mix of tap downs by Crayfish??? And our very own token man bun too. All good.

Callam Mills. He plays such a sophisticated style of game. Way beyond his years. Nothing flashy, but always (nearly always) making sense.

Like to mention, if noone else has (have they?) that its weird our two emotional crisis games for our two captains have been played against Geelong at Symonds. What are the chances.

Keiran oh Kiz. I'd hire him in a flash if I saw the emotional toughness and calm shown in that game. Dependable. Very
As was Goodesy's return match last year after he sat out the game against Adelaide.

I particularly thought the 2 frees Dangerfield got while he was sitting on the bench were a bit soft. But he is a star and the umpires cut him a bit of slack. There is also some concern that Joel Selwood once again has a commanding lead in the free kick count and some of the frees that Joel would usually be given are now being allocated to Dangerfield.

Dangerfield received a few free kicks under the new rule: "Staring at a star player with intent to tag." The umpires are now wired into the commentary box and were probably influenced by the effusive praise for Dangerfield's 18 first quarter possessions and were under extreme pressure not to embarrass the commentary team. Let's face it. The TV deal pays everyone's bills.
