    Out: Towers, McGlynn.
    In: Anyone, Anyone.

Perhaps move Aliir Aliir to a defensive forward spot, I do like the idea of a forward tagger, where his agility would be more suited. Teddy back to following a brute around.

Yes he is which continues to baffle me when we upgrade others, eg. Foote who admittedly is playing well, but in a position we have plenty of coverage hence the reason he hasn't been used yet!

If Jones is a long term injury then surely the powers that be will finally make the RIGHT call IMO and upgrade Newman and bring him straight in to see what he can do at senior level. Otherwise i feel it was a waste rookie drafting him at all in the first place!

McGlynn just has to go. Great servant but he's done. Just Heeney in for him.

Edit: Forgot about Jones. Wait for the NEAFL game for a replacement.

Ugg... where is the NEAFL game being played tomorrow?
          My fixture card says "Newcastle".
          Where abouts in Newcastle??
          Save me a seat.

He has really come on this season. Looked in a lot of pain when he came off and couldn't put weight on the leg, so you'd have to suspect something quite serious unfortunately.

So does Swans website, but NEAFL site says Blacktown. Swans "talking points round 17" article says Blacktown too.

Excellent. I am in need of another partisan footy fix this weekend (one of the main drawbacks of a Thursday night game). I thought for a nanosecond about driving up to Newcastle, but Blacktown is more palatable.

Ted is cooked I think, looks to slow and unsure. Let's give his bro a go in the same role, he's playing well as a fed now and knows how to play back.
                    So for me
Heeny, xav, Dawson or Davis, in
                    Jones, ted, mcglynn out.

You'd have to think McGlynn has played his last game in the seniors baring injuries to other players.

With Jones out, you'd expect Laider to come in, or Ted to move back.

I think the Ted at full forward was a one trick pony against Geelong, and its time to play real forwards in the forward line.

                      Out: McGlynn , In: Rose/Heeney
                      Out: Jones, In: Laidler
                      Ted?

I was willing to drive to Newcastle.
Yes, Blacktown is FAR much better.
                          Still a 12pm start?

Can't see why Towers is in the gun. Played pretty well last night. Did people expect him to belt the ball to the goal front again after the savaging he got in the Richmond game? Even Longmire said in his presser that the plan was to try and hold possession and keep it near the boundary line. We lost the next clearance remember? Where we lost the game was some of our easy kicks into the leading forwards which missed be a mile. eg. Papley to Buddy.
Those who have the greatest power to hurt us are those we love.
