That is interesting. This morning, after reading a few stories re the seats available at ANZ I went onto the Ticketek site and asked for 2 "Best Available" seats. I was offered two seats in section 404 for $89 each. They are good seats IMO. After readying your post here, I went to the site again just a few minutes ago and did the same thing, and was again offered two seats in section 404 for $89 each. In between those two times I went online you were offered two seats on Level 6.
Did you login as a previous Ticketek customer Yvonne? Maybe that makes a difference. Did you ask for "best available"? Maybe that has some bearing on what you
were offered. Maybe because you asked for a concession ticket they offer you a Level 6 seat ie they would rather sell full price tickets not concessions in the higher price categories. Not saying I have any answers, just trying to figure if there is any rythme or reason to how "the service" works.

[QUOTE=Danzar;707136]Ticketek make it near impossible to speak to someone. There is a way though, which I'll explain.
Which phone number to use.
132849 - this is the main one, don't bother trying it as it's near permanently engaged
1300 795 012 - alternative number, you'll have much better luck getting to the automated system (will explain how you get around that below).
Last resort - use special needs (Wheelchair/Disability) phone number???Last edited by Danzar; 5 September 2016, 08:07 PM. Reason: Took out the last number for special access - not helpful to those who genuinely need by posting it here!Comment

That is so annoying!! Happens at home and at work! Heaven help us when we play the SCG! It's going to be a mad scramble and people will miss out for sure especially once the Red Zone is handed back to the SCG membersComment

Anyone sat in 601 before? Not sure if view is restricted or not from there?
Better of 10-15 rows back there or 20 odd back in 608?
We normally sit in 105-106 or so - haven't sat on the top level for 10yrs plus.He ate more cheese, than time allowedComment

I sat there 20 years ago, and never went back.
I normally sit in bay 129.
I want to sit in the "good" seats.
Damn you AFL and dodgy ticketek. Damn you.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
