Correct call, I think Cunningham is the weakest link and I fear career wise he has drifted backwards into fringe player at best.

Big chance for Marsh, from delisting to a final start, take the opportunity.

      Disappointing and unexpected.
When they were in Coffs for their week long "camp" Cunningham was a standout at every training session. He seemed to get a lot of the ball and was delivering it really well. I guess they were grooming him for a backline role with Macca being injured, but it never translated across to real games. He definitely has the potential and, kind of like Towers, needs for something/someone to make him realise it.
It wasn't that long ago that he was a promising fleet footed flashy forward flying around the front flank and forward fifty.

Ressies every other week he could look a little dis interested and didn't push himself

Zac jones could easily take his spot next game but for now he is the right inclusion for finals footy. He is playing with composure, playing strong one on one defence and he is a good match up for smalls and medium talls

Marsh also allows mills to push up a little more which is very exciting

        Good luck marshy !!!!
Marsh gives us significant greater flexibility in the back 6 than Harry C does (although Harry C's pace could have been useful) - I can definitely see why they've stuck with him. I certainly think Jones is a big chance to return if he has a blinder in the NEAFL GF however, as he does give us some extra dash from the backline. Great to have some tough selection decisions to worry about at this time of year, and relatively few injuries to go with it.

He just seems to be another 'almost' player for us Harry C - I don't see how he clearly fits into our best 22, and his form this season when playing in the top grade has been patchy at best.

The selections this year have been pretty bold in general.

Hewitt, Aliir, Marsh, Papley and Naismith are all deserving of their place and whatever the outcome of this finals series it augers well for our future.
