I don't like to claim too much credit, but this was the first match I could get to this year. Sorry about that everyone, but I'm back now and have sorted things out, so should be all good from here.
I loved Jones' game, but his agro does worry me. He gave away a 50 last week and had a decision to the Swans reversed and was right in the thick of it again today. It's only a matter of time before he gets fined, suspended or gives away a crucial free that changes the result of the game. Longmire seems ok with it, but I would like to see him calm down a little because he's making Barry Hall look pretty serene at the moment.
I too thought Tower was good today. I wasn't too impressed by Melican, but maybe I'm bitter because he gave away a goal early where he really had no idea where his man was and let him take an easy mark close to goal. (I do admit he was better after that).
Franklin could have had 10 if Cunningham could give a decent kick inside 50. It's so frustrating to watch him brilliantly sprint 50 meters, have Franklin on the best lead in the world only to watch him kick it out of his reach.
Very happy with the win, and hopeful it's the kick-start that our season needs, but we will need to play better to win against even middle of the table teams.

Seriously though, a great win today if only for morale and sure, not back to our best but a step in the right direction. Once all the niggles are gone, injured players return to match fitness and the team gels better, I forsee a strong back end of the season for us. Whether it's enough to make the eight is another question......
