Suns did not score in the second quarter and are 13 pts in total at half time......not looking good for 5th at this point. Gooooo Saints tomorrow!Comment

They did not score in the third quarter either. Witches hats would put up more resistance. The Suns are on track to record their lowest score, and the lowest score by any side since Fremantle scored 13 points in 2009."Unbelievable!" -- Nick Davis leaves his mark on the 2005 semi finalComment

The Suns have scored! Yay! TWICE! They're now into the 20s!"Unbelievable!" -- Nick Davis leaves his mark on the 2005 semi finalComment

They are a circus. Would have to be favourites for the spoon next yearHe ate more cheese, than time allowedComment

Gold Coast flogged Hawthorn, beat Carlton, then somehow beat Geelong, beat West Coast and then beat Hawthorn again, and beat North Melbourne. Then they found the stairs leading to the cellar and have spent the last two months descending them. Yes, they will probably get the spoon next year. How can they be so awful?

From the match feed of the eclipse: "The poor ball transition from defensive 50 to forward 50 for the Suns continue. They were the worst performed side in the past month heading into round 23 converting at an average of 14 per cent and are tonight at just 11 per cent conversion." Someone needs to tell them just to kick it up the guts."Unbelievable!" -- Nick Davis leaves his mark on the 2005 semi finalComment

Basically it comes down to St Kilda v Richmond. If saints win we will play the demons otherwise Essendon
Assuming Essendon don't screw up at home to FreoComment

That was the worst effort I have seen in a very long time - zero evidence of any level of pride in their club or their own performance (regardless of who was on the park).

worst cliche of the week; Chad Wingard post game after a 115 point win "that was a lot closer game than it looked"

Fair call by Ablett Jr ... as if you want your last game for a club to be on the losing end of that score lineComment

Yes, on that assumption:
If Richmond win it will be Essendon > loser of Geelong v Richmond > winner of Adelaide v GWS > GF (Geelong).
If St Kilda win it will be Melbourne > loser of Adelaide v Port > winner of Geelong v GWS > GF (Adelaide).
My expected opponent in bold. Reckon latter path slightly easier, but really should make a prelim either way.Comment
