We get Margetts, Stevic, Williamson. We'll need to be at least a five goal better team to win this now.....

KTigers.....your 50/50 game just became a 70/30 game in GWS favour....

Why do the AFL always inflict Stevic on us in important games??? As I've said repeatedly in the past.....it can't be just coincidence!
My heart sunk when I read those umpires, AFL really want "their" team to progress. Might have a bet on GWS now!

Given our form at the SCG, I hypothesise that they tanked to avoid playing us on their dung heap
I hypothesised that WE tanked so we wouldn't have to play Richmond!!
Carlton just tanked to get ANOTHER round of priority picks that they'll just waste.

      Picked up my tickets.
      Are we there yet?
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

There is an article on the Age about Grundy explaining the issues he has had this year with anxiety. The main cause has been lack of sleep after the birth of his baby earlier in the year.

He details how bad he felt in the Essendon game when he couldn't leave the rooms after half time. I was sitting behind the bench that game and remember him coming off at one stage and shaking his head. Now I know why.

If someone could post a link that would be great.

Great story in the paper (SMH) today. Callan Ward talking about Buddy. Two of the finest players in the game.

Wow, I think the Swans had better send a very good bottle of wine and a very large bunch of flowers to Elise Grundy!

Yes, I was thinking along those lines. And I was also wondering if Reg saw a psychologist, and if so, if they had any other advice, besides, 'duck off to the in-laws at night'?

Why give Elise a gift? She's the one who brought this kid into the world that's causing all the problems.

She sounds like she's been doing an incredible job.

                              Harley suggesting Reid a chance...

Could Sydney have a shock team inclusion tonight?

The more I think about it, Reid absolutely must play (if he is right to go). His importance to our structures and giving us another marking forward is just so incredibly important.
