In some ways the fact we take Gould even though he was unfit, is a good sign. I think it means we trust him to knuckle down and also maybe think he is a special player.

Happy enough to get Gould. Seems to have a decent skill set. If he's a future KPD, it may be problematic for Maibaum's chance of being rookied, though.
