So Ling maybe has an injury and we know Sheather was injured but still leaves McDonald, Gray, Carruthers, O'Connor and MacAndrew of the listed players left behind as well as all the top ups including our VFL captain Adam Gulden. Why? was it plane capacity?Comment

The non-AFL listed players almost certainly have lives and jobs they couldn’t just move away from for a few weeks. They are not full-time professional footballers. Why the rookie listed players (Fox and Wicks aside) were left in Sydney is anyone’s guess.Comment
