I do hope we don't ever have to listen to Nige again.... oh my how I wanted to just shove a sock down his throat lol. He did eventually manage a plaudit or two for the swans late, but gee.
And I feel for last year's No 1 draft pick - if the rubbish the commentators were sprouting about him is anything to go by, then he is going to be under massive pressure to perform quickly."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

That really was a fabulous win - and if anything the margin underplayed how much we managed to control and win the contest today. Should have won by 40+ imho had we not wasted several great chances on goal.
What has impressed me the most the last fortnight is we've taken two quite different game plans in, directly tailored to the opposition we are playing, and pulled them both off to a tee. That is a sign that we are getting things right in the coaches box, and the players are responding.
Still plenty of ups and downs to come, but mark my words this team is headed well and truly in the right direction.
Dawson and Mills outstanding for mine, but so many players did well today and contributed to another absolute team effort."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

Awesome all round.
Dawson BOG. Mills and Parker mighty in the middle. Ramps gave the debutante nothing and McCartin back to his best. Blakey looked good again down back.
Hayward is a low possession high impact player. Couldn’t believe post match he only had 11 possessions.
And a smart game plan that spread the Dogs to ensure when a contest happened they didn’t have a batch of players to handball out of the contest. And let us use our speed and foot skills.'Delicious' is a fun word to sayComment

The despondency as they realised the Swans were coming home. Quite bizarre.
Great win! Good to see the same intent as last week. Dogs were never going to let us run rampant, but the take-them-on style worked.Comment

Have you seen Blakey and Guldens haircuts? It's just the fashion atmComment

123 marks by the Swans.
There is your strategy to beat the Dogs. Will be interesting if other sides do this. I reckon we beat Richmond with tactics early in the season too. Great job coaching staff.Comment

First half they were getting out the back a lot and looked really dangerous but we manned them up really successfully in the second halfComment

Amazing. Brilliant. Fantastic.
Jordan Dawson is a STAR!!!
Great effort by our backline. Cunningham, McCartin and Rampe all awesome. Blakey a great addition off half back too.
Captains game by Parker.
Nice to win without Buddy playing well.Comment
