I don't think he's the 'golden child' on RWO, I just think to most on here he's the 'defendable child'.....against unfair and relentless criticism from you and....well, just you actually. It obviously confuses and frustrates many, me included. Everyone would agree you are entitled to your opinion....it's just that it sucks to most of us here. Blowback is to be expected.

What do you want from me i said i thought he was good until he wasnt. You cant defend 4 touches in a half , same as last week and the weeks before . He just goes missing and gives up on the contest , i would say the same about any one serving that up with their spot on the line
That’s why he went missing he was on the bench ????
He spent 62% TOG compared to Blakey’s 58% so probably about 5 minutes less time and considering most people felt that Blakey was probably BOG at the time he suffered his injury for RB to have only 3 less disposals but 3 more tackles and 12 more pressure acts combined with 9 contested possessions ( just behind Josh and Luke ) probably reflects a pretty good game to any unbiased viewer with a basic understanding of the game.
I fear your compulsive need to look for and focus on any possible negatives by one player leaves you unable to actually notice any of the positive acts undertaken by him.Comment

As an aside, and unrelated to anything here, I was at a party a little while back. There was this one dude there, from the moment he arrived, through everyone having a laugh about all sorts of things, through the whoa-we-are-all-pretty-drunk now phase, to the last stragglers, to the time to pour the last dregs down the drain, to the last person calling a cab . . . who droned on and on and on with the same boring story, trying to make the same boring point.
Anyway, totally unrelated to that, I thought Harry C was also very good last night.'Delicious' is a fun word to sayComment

Harry C had a great game last night - he is such an ever reliable footballer now. Rarely beaten by his opponent, good decision maker, and solid user of the ball. Perfect example of what happens when support, patience and time is given for a player to develop and find his role."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

Whatever , thought Florent was the bigger problem last night and Wicks goal kicking is shockingComment

What complete BS. You are constantly gunning for RB. Don't start playing the victim.Comment

Well he obviously is a golden child ! I said half a dozen others were poor to and no one pulled me up on it at all , but i say the kid who barely touched it for a half was poor and copped the usual . I said he was good in the first half couldnt have been clearer about it even said it during the match but if you cant even call out someone who has done nothing for a half of footy when they are playing for their spot then there is something seriously wrong. I'd hate to agree with Bangalore and the rightwing quacks about free speech but its begs the question ! You are seeing what you want to see , he was one of half a dozen i said werent good enough

We've won 14 games.
We're playing finals.
You're negativity is tiring.Comment
