We are one decent tall defender short. It's something we need to address, either by recruitment or finding one internally. BOC, Gould or perhaps convert Amartey? One thing for sure is that Melican is not the answer.

Just been that little bit off all day - with handling, with footing, with handballs just missing the mark. 5% is all it takes, and sadly its been that story again.

When you cant contain fat butt Hogan in a forward line, you know you are desperately short of decent defenders. I want Melican to make it, but today has shown he will never be good enough imho to be even a 2nd KPD. Horrendous positioning again and again, and lots of panicky moments to go with it.

Tough ask from here. We desperately needed that one Heeney missed.
