Totally agree. Absolutely useless. Should never play another game for us again.

I'm hoping the Cats will do that to them next week. I'm not sure which would be better - the Cats winning against the Giants next week by 15 goals or one point.

30 metres I would have forgiven. Surely barely 20. & I knew he’d miss. Just doesn’t have enough belief.

Before this thread melts into this and that player, I just wanna say how god damn proud I am of our team.

For coming from 16th to finals. For travelling all over the country due to COVID. For playing some exhilarating footy. For showing we’re on track for a big five years.

For today : for getting that close without two of our best three centre square players. For things like Rowbottom showing the way in the third quarter. For Tom McCartin showing again he’s a total gun. For Heeney being Heeney. And for never, ever giving up.

          I’m just proud.

Buddy was kicking from 50+ out and Hickey was in a tougher position as well. Someone should have nailed one of them, but Bell's one I'm sorry was criminally bad.

Bell's was the equivalent of a 3 ft gimme and he didn't get close. You can't carry players in a team that can't do the basics of why they are selected. I like the lad a lot and hope he can kick on, but I just don't see it sadly. Put Campbell in the same situation and I bet he wouldn't have missed.

Not blaming the loss on him but when you have that chance you need to take it as a professional sportsman.

It was a great comeback by us. We hit the post three times and got five behinds for our last scores soooo close.

                  So gutted. Absolutely devastated.

Hewett, Heeeny, Parker, Rowbottom, McCarton all exceptional.

It feels so absolutely disgusting that we were 7 points down and had the last 6 scoring shots of the game some of them fairly straightforward and didn't win I mean seriously

Why on earth didn't Melican kick short to Heeney at the end? He could be a good footballer, but there's just no smarts there

Hodge doing his best to get Greene off. Disgraceful.

We had our chances, but kicking behinds is bad football no matter who is doing it.

We shouldn't have let them get so many easy goals in the second quarter. That's what lost the game.

We lost this at the selection table. Why in the world did we pick Bell and Warner over the team that played so well against GC?

First delisting on Monday should be Bell. What's wrong with the MC to think he's any good?

Chad is not the man for the big occasion. We can always depend of Florent to miss those kicks that really matter.

The other mistake we made was letting go of Aliir.

Why didn't we play Taylor instead of Bell?

The only good part is that we have higher draft picks.
