Mmm sounds all a little cloudy. He took 4 not 2 or 3. I certainly didn't see the original post. A strange reason for deleting it? Anyway, regardless of what happened with the post, the point I'm making is that we all speculate although some of us have better sources than others. I've posted up on here things I've been told by Barry Mitchell and Greg Miller. Sometimes they have proven to be correct, other times incorrect. I'm not having a go at you, TB. You're a fan like the rest of us and you will get it right and wrong. I just wish a certain poster would see that too.

Well said. On a different thread but same issue he had 42 posts in 19 days re one player. A pity he didn't have a break from RWO or change his ways as he said he would on a different thread. RWO members shouldn't have to avoid threads if we don't like the constant niggling as has been suggested by some. I enjoy many of the posts but have to wade through too much crap to get there.Comment

I find your idolisation of The Bloods to be excruciating, BS. I doubt that I'm the only one. So can you point me to which exact post by TB provided inside knowledge of the J-Mac's deal before it became knowledge? I suspect he just said that J-Mac loves the Club and is going nowhere. This is quite frankly, something that any of us could have said beforehand based on his interviews.
All of us get things right and wrong - TB is no better or worse than the rest of us. This time last season TB was calling for Blakey to be dropped and traded at the end of the season. He was wrong. I never thought McVeigh would make it after his first two seasons. How wrong was I? We all make predictions as avid supporters. Sometimes we are correct, and often we are wrong. There is no poster on here that is immune from wrong calls - so please stop putting one person on a pedestal as being more knowledgeable than the rest of us.
I don’t think TB is loving my adulation.
TB is opinionated, he takes a position, he makes predictions, he sticks to his guns, has a unique to the point style and can be very funny.
I’m not the only poster who is a TB fan. I’m probably the only poster who is not afraid to go against Red and White group think.
I’m also a fan of Ludwig, Barracuda, MCS, I’mUniformed2, Bloodspirit and Faunac8.Comment

If his opponent doesn’t pay him sufficient attention, he can take a grab and (generally) kicks straight.
Although I’m not sure how well he went against Andrews last weekComment

Should have added that I’m also a fan of Markwebbos and Stevo.
Quite like Piers as well. He goes after everyone. Right / left wing politicians, spoilt celebrities, poor performing Arsenal players, and Hollywood royals flying around in private jets telling us about cutting carbon emissions.
He’s even true to his word and jumps into a net to face Brett Lee thunderbolts.
Hope somewhere down the line that Piers becomes a Swans fan. The insights would be hard hitting and to the point.Comment

There is indeed something uncomfortable about BS's idolisation of TB. I find it reminds me a bit of Bruce McAvaney's drooling adulation of Cyril and Buddy, although some have suggested there's a touch the Smithers about it. A year ago it was thought to be rampant onanism, because the pair were assumed to be the same poster.
To be fair BS has also tried it on both Ludwig and Liz, but it didn't seem to take - maybe they didn't provide whatever it is BS is seeking?
Have you tried using the "ignore" button Aprilbr? You will still see other posters reactions (and quotes), but it might reduce the excruciation - is that a word?

I do hope the team takes the Suns seriously, I'm really over inexplicably losing to this mob.Comment

I like your”excruciation” Ruck’n Roll - it is beautifully descriptive and ought to exist and be used in our case. Please submit to the Oxford Dictionary and take the credit!Comment

Yes, there is something a bit sycophantish ( is there such a word?) about Banga, though in fairness some of his posts do elicit a chuckle or two! I liken BS and TB to Laurel and Hardy comedy and enjoy the banter, though sometimes they can be bit annoying, just like the latter pair

"I do wonder too at the sycophantic attitute of Bangalore to TB, but I do think Bangalore's posts usually contain clearly constructed sentences and good spelling - even if he is occasionally prone to subjunctive clauses."'Delicious' is a fun word to sayComment

I very much enjoy fictional characters that are irritating, sycophantic and irrelevant. Is it perhaps a literary genius behind the Bangalore character? I am thinking of using the Bangalore character in one of my forthcoming novels. Will he be a hero or anti-hero? I'm still working on it. Maybe I will have the story take place in Bangalore, India.
One of the ingenious features of Bangalore is the way he has converted a forum for fans of the Sydney Swans into a forum about fans of the fans of a Sydney Swans fans' forum.Comment
