Doesn't seem to matter if its the team that they want to win.

No excuses - we had our chances in the first half of that quarter to get the goals we needed to win. Proud of the fightback in the second half and the effor was much better, but we shot ourselves in the foot in the first half.

Certainly not aided by typical dreadful umpiring, but we should have won that.

Far from convinced BT and Brayshaw's "wank club real deal" are really that. They've fallen over the line 3 times in games like that this year. Eventually the ledger starts to square up.

Our good start to the season sadly starting to disintegrate now to where I think most of us would have thought we might be for the year. But every week there are good signs (well maybe not the Suns game that was just turgid), and our second half effort was very pleasing.

Or fix the rules and make the game reward the players doing the right thing, not a whole bunch of crap (like dropping the ball in tackles so to get 'holding the man', or ducking, and whatever else.

The fluro maggots were out in force tonight. No 50 / 50 calls going our way and even some blatant frees unpaid. It's frustrating stuff.

The Blues had a great second quarter and I think we did well to fight back in the second half under the circumstances.
