They jammed us up that quarter, stalling our exits from 50. But we held up brilliantly given the amount of ball coming in. The best collective effort by our defence this year.

As for that last play by T McCartin on Pickett, sums up our night. Just brilliant.

I'm hoping we're kicking to the scoring end in the last quarter. We just couldn't get passed the middle that quarter and the Demons had repeat entries. We have to keep the pressure up and make sure we take our chances.

How good was Tom v Pickett there?

Great effort and showed real nous to collar him and hold him up. From the other side of the ground I thought it could have been an incorrect disposal by Pickett. Looking forward to ten or more years of that from Tom.
Playing to the scoring end this quarter and we are one of the best fourth quarter teams in the competition so the ball is in our court but I think we are looking good enough to win for sure.
