What a flabby, mail it in, half-arsed performance. Can't believe Gil paid $1m+ for that. My wife's 70s cover band would give it more of a serious shake.
Steady on. And try $3M. There is no way Robbie is sitting on a private jet or in first class for 23 hours (twice) for a million puny Aussie
    dollars.

Question: Is the 1/2 time break the same duration at the Grand Final as for other games?

No it’s longer. Also apparently the half time break is longer for Friday nights (heard it on the espn footy podcast this season)

Yeah, when I got back from Melbourne to my family, my partner suggested it may have been my highlight of the experience. I initially guffawed but she may have been right! I wasn't a massive fan back in the day, but it was a fun sing-along. Particularly, the cover of You're The Voice.

          (Other contenders:
          - Chad's multi-possession maraude down the wing and in-board kick inside 50 in the second;
          - the sorrows-drowning chilli basil chicken after the game.)

No wonder Friday night games go so long and late. They’re a pretty hard ask after a 10-hour day at work.

When it was first announced, I thought they said they hired Robyn Williams from The Science Show, and thought "this could be a very interesting pre-game show".

I don't know who this Robbie Williams is, but he needs someone to dress him in the morning. Maybe he should swap jobs with King Charles.

Robyn Williams might be able to address two mysteries: the Cats’ salary cap exemptions, and our performance.

The SWANS weetbix was spiked in their noisy and crappy hotel,

They were not themselves . No way .

What happened to the grand final sprint?

And while I liked Robbie’s performance, $3M for 20 minutes work? What happened to the after match concert?

                              Hugo Ralph Smith.

Corey Warner came fifth in his heat, this not qualifying for the final.

It was more common in the days before the top 8. Also, I guess, it can be skewed in that some teams get the easier run depending on who they play twice.

Also not common for teams outside the 4 to win the GF. Unless, of course, it’s a fairytale finish.
