No.
If:
- Bulldogs beat West Coast tomorrow and Geelong next week; and
- Giants beat Carlton next week; and
- we lose to Melbourne next week,
then we miss finals.Comment

I'm still listening to the ABC Radio commentary and they, nor any of the Adelaide players interviewed have even mentioned the point call being controversial.Comment

Nope. Well, they're a law unto themselves and do break their own rules sometimes (like when they banned us from trading players because they were sad) but i doubt they'd step in to contradict a decision by an umpire.Comment

I thought all goals were reviewed upstairs.Comment

Goals are, but behinds-that-might-have-been-goals are not reviewed automatically. Only if the umpires call for a review. Swans craftily kicked in quickly.
Dermie and his mates are fixated on the idea it hit the padding. The vision suggests that's unlikely, but it's entirely possible from the vision I've seen that the point of the ball hit the post above the padding. I'm not sure where the fixation on the padding comes from. The goal umpire doesn't make his decision based on the TV coverage, but on what he sees from where he stands.Comment
