I can see where you are coming from ROK but Riewoldt was in genuine pain.

I reckon Libba is coaching the Lions now!

    Expect more dog acts!
Well done Craig Bolton for getting the co- captaincy in 2008.

Your determination, your tenacity and your under-rated skill is why you have become my favourite player!

If he was in pain, which he clearly was, it is the job of the Saints staff to get him off.

He chose to stay out there and was therefore fair game. Neither Scott nor Michael did anything illegal. How were they to know it wasn't anything more than a bit of a knock? Slow motion replays might look unsavoury now because we know he was injured, but what the hell was he still doing out there with a broken collarbone?? He should have been off the field straight away.

C'mon ROK, surely you cant believe you that its OK for a player or players to deliberatley target another player to cause him injury, regardless of whether its illegal or not.

It might be naughty or immoral but it's no worse than an unexpected shirtfront or kicking someone in the nuts while you take a mark.

It happens in many games - have a look at the 2003 GF when the Pies tried to target Lappin and test his ribs.
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Sure but I dont think that it means that its OK to do it and that Riewoldt was "fair game". I have a problem with calling him "fair game". Whatever happened to the old adage of playing the ball and not the man?

I don't particularly like it as I'm not a fan of gamesmanship, however in the context of what happens normally on the field, I don't think it was particularly bad.
