I also thought it was going to cause trouble when i saw it.

I also think that ND should have been consulted whether he was happy for it to be plastered on the net.

I also think that Julian cannot be held responsible, even though he took the photo. Although i have some sympathy for them, whoever first posted it should have the blame laid firmly at their feet. To say it was only meant for RWO'ers and didn't think it would be seized upon by the Big Footy people is extremely naive.

I also am bl00dy glad i logged on yesterday morning and managed to download and save the pic. Off to the shop and get it blown up. Absolute classic.

Why would he need to go down to Melbourne anyway when you get the impression he hates the place. He loves Sydney that is why he returned. We have the world's greatest city and there's nothing down there that he needs. I have seen badges you can buy hating any of the teams from time to time kicking around souvenir stalls, you can get I hate Carlton ones as well.

Thanks for the hint JF...I haven't seen the badges in Sydney, and when I was in Melbourne, the people in a shop that sold AFL stuff, said that the AFL had banned them...


Apparently they originated with a Lions supporter? Is this true? Certainly the first time I saw the badges, they were being worn by one...

OMGoodness.... those petty collingwood supporters are getting me so angry.....i just visited the magpies board (yuk) and they are so pathetic, going on about how he's a mummy boy..etc.....gosh don't they have anyting better to do than whinge about an exellent player that they lost (HA HA might I add ).

What I don't get is that the pies supports can abuse ND after having a bit of fun (not that he knew what he was doing) and yet they can bring along a banner to the telestra match that read Nick Davis=Traitor and that's OK.....And as Wardy said what is Rocca then?.....

The Traitor Banner is just a classic example of their mentality. Then again, what do you expect from a bunch of brainwashed fools, who can't see the trees through the forest .

They'll always whinge and moan, it's in their (in)breeding.

Come to think of it, even though i still disagree with the picture being posted - they probably would've whinged and howled if he wore a badge that said ' I Love Sydney ' . They'd have misinterpreted that, as a slap in the face for thier beloved Collingwood.

RIP poor old Rupert Betheras . A man of extremley good character, who lived by the " Collingwood - Malthouse - McGuire morals ". Always committed himself, forever loyal, never lied, played his heart out, and was always upfront ... funny how at the end of the day, he ended up not getting treated any better for it ...
