Having watched a number of 2003 games on FoxFooty in recent months, some of the specific things I'd like certain players to work on during the pre-season are:
Nick Davis: Fitness (so he can get more time in midfield)
Adam Schneider: Goalkicking on the run
Jude Bolton: Goalkicking on the run and kicking to position while on the run
Adam Goodes: Goalkicking
Nic Fosdike: Kicking
Jared Crouch: Kicking
Leo Barry: Kicking with right foot
Barry Hall: Marking overhead while under pressure
Jason Saddington: Defensive punching (and positioning and strengthening)
Paul Williams: Adding another dimension to his game. I noted that this year he has dropped a yard in pace (he was caught on the run a few times) and this could be the case again next year. Will be interesting to see if he can offset this by doing things a little differently.
Michael O'Loughlin: Goalkicking - mainly to further build his confidence so that he is more committed to kicking for goal when in range, rather than being hesitant (which was a problem in 2001 and 2002, but seemed to dissipate in 2003).
BTW - none of these are meant to be critical, simply areas which could benefit some players IMHO
