If I remember correctly, didn't Jeff Farmer get off the week before playing us last year for kneeing someone in the head? Then next week against us kicked a bag. Then Jolly comes along and gives his mate a love tap in the theigh and get 2 weeks!!

FFS! Things go from bad to worse. We can only hope the appeal is successful.

I don't eat animals since discovering this ability. I used to. But one day the lamb I was eating came through to me and ever since then I haven't been able to eat meat.

But that was "accidental", he was rolling him over to get the ball!!!! yeh right!!!!
Nice to see that Fevola got 2 for EYE GOUGING and Jolly got 2 for (apparently) TRYING to make deliberate contact. (that was not seen or reported during the match)
And Golden Boy Hird gets NOTHING???!!!!

I saw the Jolly incident on TV this morning for the first time and I cant believe he was even reported for it, let alone suspended for 2 weeks. His knee went up as he went for the ball and didnt even appear to make contact with the Melbourne player. It was certainly not deliberate. Meanwhile, Fevola attempts to permanently blind another player and gets the same suspension. Outrageous and bloody ridiculous. I'm mad as hell about it.

He does make contact, coz the player reels away afterwards.
Then I need to see it again because I couldnt see any contact myself.

I thought he made contact and it was unnecessary. The only reason why I thought he shouldn't be suspended was that some other offences weren't.
However, it's not true to suggest that Sydney are always hardly done by at the tribunal and treated worse than other clubs. Plenty of inconsistent and baffling decisions are made wrt all teams.
