Yes, we can't really kick it to a contest, because Geelong are generally bigger and stronger. Some of our ball movement has been pretty good at times. Lloyd kicking three goals, has probably earned himself another VFL contract: assuming that he wants one.

30-60 at HT actually feels like a decent effort by the Swans, we have shown a lot of enterprise. A highlight was that long kick-out by Mitchell to Leidler in the centre square, long bomb to Matt Lloyd who gathers and kicks the goal .

Was there any question before this game about Lloyd earning another VFL contract - if he wants one? He's probably favourite to win our VFL Player of the Year award. Shipley and Edwards are the only two challengers, and Edwards hasn't had the season he had last year, while Shipley's been injured a bit and also had a few so-so games in amongst some good ones.

I suppose 6 goals behind is not too bad considering all the AFL listed players Geelong have. Probably Corey Warner best game. Lloyd has been handy up forward, Roberts has been OK. Chamberlain has does some nice things down back. Francis playing his usual good VFL game. not sure where Riley Bice's game is at, some sloppy kicking. Indi Kirk has also been good.
